There is a lot of talk about the US border these days and apparently a lot more Canadians are concerned they might be turned away when trying to enter the United States. It all stems from the election of Donald Trump, an event that many of us are still trying to understand. But in my personal experience none of what being reported on right now is at all unusual. Of course I\u2019m talking only about Canadians at the border and not the many people from majority Muslim countries that have been effected by the immigration bans.<\/p>\n

I believe it is business as usual at the border these days and the only difference is the media\u2019s willingness to report the kinds of stories that, frankly, I hear on a regular, if not daily, basis.
