{"id":15848,"date":"2010-10-12T09:11:40","date_gmt":"2010-10-12T14:11:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nationalpardon.org\/blog\/?p=120"},"modified":"2010-10-12T09:11:40","modified_gmt":"2010-10-12T14:11:40","slug":"letter-blogging-i-just-couldnt-resist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.nationalpardon.org\/?p=15848","title":{"rendered":"Letter blogging: I just couldn&#8217;t resist."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We had\u00c2\u00a0an unhappy client recently who decided she no longer wanted her <a title=\"Information on US Waiver\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalpardon.org\/us-waiver\/information\/\" target=\"_blank\">waiver<\/a> application and demanded a refund (well after we had\u00c2\u00a0finished all the paperwork). Obviously we were not able to provide a refund seeing as we had done all the work. The result was a minor nuisance that went on much longer that it should have. It was an unfortunate situation. But that&#8217;s business.<\/p>\n<p>That is why I couldn&#8217;t resist posting this very kind letter from a client who appreciated our services. I believe that the vast majority of our clients are happy with our services but I will admit that not all of them get around to writing a letter. I have left out her name for obvious reasons.<\/p>\n<p><em>Dear Keri:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I hope you are well.\u00c2\u00a0 I have officially received my <a title=\"Information on Canadian Pardons\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalpardon.org\/canadian-pardon\/information\/\" target=\"_blank\">pardon<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 I am so pleased with your services.\u00c2\u00a0 For your information I referred your Company to my Lawyer, as he normally prepares the Paperwork for Pardons but after research I had decided to go with your Company as you specialized in Pardons.\u00c2\u00a0 Your Service was impeccable.\u00c2\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I apologize for the delay in letting you know I have in fact received the Official Pardon.\u00c2\u00a0 I was going to call you as I had some questions with reference to a Waiver for entering the US.\u00c2\u00a0 I will call you on Tuesday for that but you may go ahead and destroy the last open records.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Once again thank you for all.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>PA<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We had\u00c2\u00a0an unhappy client recently who decided she no longer wanted her waiver application and demanded a refund (well after we had\u00c2\u00a0finished all the paperwork).
