Every day I come across criminal records<\/a> for minor drug offences and every time I see one I can’t help but think about what a waste of resources and common sense it must have been to prosecute the offender. That being said I want to make it perfectly clear that I do not condone drug use. But the war on drugs is the most obviously failed social policy in recent memory.<\/p>\n
